Snooker exceptional player Ronnie O'Sullivan has reached the World Cup semi-final in the Crucible Theater in Sheffield for the 13th time-as the first player.
In the 13:5 win in the quarter-finals, the six-time world champion gave his opponent Stephen Maguire no chance on Wednesday.
On his way to the seventh World Cup title, with which he would unlock to Scottish icon Stephen Hendry, the world ranking list was modest.
"Stephen is the biggest player for me," said O'Sullivan to the English broadcaster BBC. "He was the Tiger Woods of the Snooker. John Higgins, Mark Williams and I did all well, but when he played, he was a superstar."

In the semi-finals, the 46-year-old O'Sullivan, who, according to his own statement is "not in top form", meets four times the world champion Higgins or the world rankings 14. Jack Lisowski.
