3DGEGOS : Let s start by what we consider more important. What is the indiedevday and why sponsor an exclusively indie event?
XTRALIFE : indiedevday is born as a non-profit event that is celebrated in the center of Barcelona with the aim of empowering the national video game industry and to claim the effort asking for indie games.
In recent years we have seen authentic jewels , both developing and already available, go unnoticed because many indie studies are forced to allocate their development budget and do not have the same marketing tools and facilities than other companies More consolidated in the sector.
For that reason, in XTRALIFE we believe it is important to actively support the independent videogame industry, try to continue increasing its international recognition and reaches new users of all ages, is a responsibility that falls on all Those of us who are part of this sector.
3dj : When will this event take place and how can we take part in it?
XTRALIFE : Although the event will take place between October 9 and 10 at Cotxeres de Sants , in Barcelona, the format of the event will be hybrid, both face-to-face and online, so that anyone interested in this World can see it from the warmth of your home.
Those who physically go to the event will meet a chillout area of restoration with music, varied activities, and the presence of more than 50 video game studies who pay us their work so that anyone can prove it and give their opinion.
