What is the Shello (West Sea) Spotlight Hour Bonus, how to prepare?

As we explain in the context of Spotlight Hour in August 2021, every week brings a new bonus function that you can enjoy during the one-hour event. For the West Sea Shello Spotlight Hour this is 2x Catch Candy. For each Pokémon, which you catch between 18 and 19 clock, so you get twice the usual sweets, which are increased up to 4x when using a PINAP berry. This is a great time to catch stored research rewards if you have some, or hunting for rare Pokémon, for which you need additional sweets.
